I have gone to Drayton House Dental Surgery for years. Each member of staff is very kind, compassionate, professional and friendly. I have experienced optimal care delivery and each member of staff has a positive, can do approach. They go the extra mile, empathy is present to all when I attend the surgery. I would recommend the surgery and staff to everyone. I have no intention of leaving the surgery.Thank you so much Drayton House Dental Surgery for everything you do for all of us.Not once have I had to return to the surgery for more work to be done

I’ve been a patient at Drayton House for around three years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Every member of the team is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely excellent at what they do. From Giulia on reception, who always gives such a warm welcome, to the hygienist, the nurses, and the dentist, everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well looked after.The standard of care and dedication to their patients is exceptional, and every visit has been a positive experience. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and take pride in providing outstanding treatment and service. An overwhelming positive experience of something that has terrified me since childhood. Kush and his exception team took into account my nervousness with dentists and from the very start of my procedures made me feel very comforted and relaxed. They explained every step, talked me through the details and accompanied my procedures with assurances and comfort. Im extremely happy with the work that was carried out and would highly recommended Drayton House for dentistry work. Thanks to the receptionists, kush and his assistants my faith in dentistry has been restored.....and so has my smile. Great work and thank you for everything.

I had an extraction of a molar (after a filling that was done a few weeks prior and it didn't work as the sensitivity was still there). The dentist tried her best to retain the tooth but eventually extraction was the better option. Am quite happy with the whole process and they way post care was explained. Was comfortable too, despite having dental anxiety. Very clean dentistry with ample parking. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Finally found a dentist I can trust!I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety.As someone who has had some truly awful experiences in the past, I was incredibly nervous about visiting a dentist again. However, from the moment I walked in, those fears started to melt away.Why this practice is different:A Warm Welcome: I was greeted by Julia, who is absolutely lovely. She was so patient and took the time to help with every single question I had, which really helped settle my nerves before I even sat in the chair.The Expert Care of Dr. Mistry: During my initial visit with Dr. Mistry, I can honestly say my anxiety was "put to bed," so to speak. He explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way and provided amazing guidance.Pain-Free Experience: I actually had a major "tooth wobble" that needed to be addressed. Dr. Mistry helped take it out—and it was completely pain-free. I felt supported and guided through the entire process.Even though I know I have to go back for follow-up work, I’m not dreading it like I used to. If you’ve been avoided the dentist out of fear like I have, please fear not—this team is top-notch.Thank you to the whole team for being so supportive!
