What are skin boosters?
Skin boosters are injectable treatments that improve skin quality by delivering hyaluronic acid directly into the skin. Rather than restoring volume or changing your facial contours, they focus on improving hydration beneath the surface. This helps the skin retain moisture more effectively, creating a smoother texture, softer appearance and healthier-looking complexion.
Unlike treatments that work across larger areas of the face, skin boosters can be used to target specific concerns, making them a versatile option for improving skin quality exactly where it’s needed.

As natural levels decline, the skin can become drier, rougher and less able to reflect light evenly. Skin Boosters replenish hydration directly within the skin using carefully placed microinjections of hyaluronic acid. At Drayton House, your treatment will be carried out by Dr Rakhee Raichoora, a qualified dentist and advanced facial aesthetic practitioner. She’ll look carefully at your skin, listen to what’s bothering you and talk through where skin boosters could make the most noticeable difference.
Rakhee wants her patients to feel comfortable asking questions and talking openly about the result they have in mind. She’ll explain what skin boosters can realistically achieve and, if she thinks Profhilo®, polynucleotides or another approach would suit your skin better, she’ll say so. The result we’re aiming for isn’t skin that looks obviously treated. It’s smoother, better-hydrated, healthier-looking skin that still looks completely natural.

Skin boosters can improve dehydrated skin, rough texture, fine lines, dullness and crepey skin while creating a fresher, healthier-looking complexion.
Both treatments improve skin hydration, but they work differently. Profhilo® spreads beneath the skin to improve hydration and firmness across larger areas, while Skin Boosters are used more precisely to treat specific areas of concern.
