If a damaged or infected tooth can be saved, we’ll always explore that first. Treatments such as root canal therapy and dental crowns can often restore and protect a tooth that might otherwise be lost. Keeping your natural teeth wherever possible is something we care about.
If a tooth has been knocked out, broken or become painful unexpectedly, its important to contact us, and we’ll guide you on the next steps. The answer depends on your oral health, the number of teeth you’re missing and your personal preferences. During your consultation we’ll explain all suitable options and help you choose the one that’s right for you.
Both treatments have their advantages. Dental implants provide a fixed solution for many patients, while dentures remain an excellent option in the right circumstances. We’ll explain the benefits of each during your consultation.
In most cases, yes. The treatment that’s most appropriate will depend on your oral health and the condition of the surrounding bone and gums.
Not necessarily. It’s always worth getting in touch as soon as possible. In some situations, early treatment gives us more options for replacing or even saving the tooth.
