The sooner we can see you, the sooner we can understand what’s causing the problem and stop it from becoming something more serious. We’ll examine the area, take digital X-rays if we need them and explain exactly what we’ve found before talking through your options.
Our emergency dental appointments are designed to do two things: get you comfortable and get you a clear plan.
Dental emergencies are stressful enough without feeling rushed through an appointment. We’ll take the time to listen, explain what we’ve found and answer any questions before treatment begins. If there are different ways of treating the problem, we’ll talk you through them honestly. If we think one option offers a better long-term outcome than another, we’ll explain why.

We always do our best to see emergency dental patients as quickly as possible. If you’re in pain, call the practice and we’ll advise you on the earliest appointment available.

Not always, but it’s worth having it checked. A lost filling can leave the tooth vulnerable to further damage and may cause discomfort if left untreated.
Call us immediately. Hold the tooth by the crown rather than the root, gently rinse it if it’s dirty and keep it moist in milk while you travel to the practice. Acting quickly gives us the best chance of saving the tooth.
