What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments made from hyaluronic acid – a substance that’s naturally found in the body. Hyaluronic acid attracts water, helping to keep the skin hydrated, supported and naturally full.
As we get older, our natural levels of hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin gradually reduce. This can lead to a loss of facial volume, flatter cheeks, thinner lips and deeper lines around the nose and mouth. By carefully placing hyaluronic acid fillers beneath the skin, it’s possible to restore lost volume, improve facial contours and create natural-looking definition. Treatment can also be used to enhance features such as the lips, cheeks, chin and jawline or soften nasolabial folds (smile lines) and marionette lines.

At Drayton House, your treatment will be carried out by Dr Rakhee Raichoora, a qualified dentist and advanced facial aesthetic practitioner. Her clinical background gives her an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy, balance and proportion, alongside the technical skills needed to carry out injectable treatments safely and precisely.
Rakhee will spend time getting to know what you like about your features as well as what you’d like to change. You can talk openly about the result you have in mind, ask questions and work out together what feels right before going ahead. Her aim isn’t to give everyone the same aesthetic. It’s to use dermal fillers carefully, in the right places and in the right amounts, so the result feels balanced, natural and still very much like you.
